AG Centennial Parade

Sunday, July 10, 2011

Arroyo Grande, California
turned 100 years old!

It was so fun to be a part of the history of this little town.
I'll have to admit I got a bit teary eyed.

Here are some parade highlights...

I'm not sure what the roller derby girls had to do with AG's history,
but if I were one of them, my name would definitely be Cosmic Crush.
Not that I've ever given it any thought.
Besides, Lin Diesel is already taken.

So glad that you got such great pictures of AG's Centennial Celebration...especially since I didn't have my camera when Dad and I went. Like you, I ♥ this little town!

Sarah... had to leave before the fireworks! We heard them though. Wish we'd seen you there. :)

This looks like so much fun...a little slice of Americana.

Looks like so much fun!! Do you live in Arroyo? My sister & parents live in Paso Robles and I was just there visiting. :)
